His profound knowledge encompasses IT systems, logistics, and procurement management, alongside significant experience in strategic planning, execution, program evaluation, and knowledge management. Richard has a comprehensive understanding of USAID rules and regulations and is well-versed in US government contracting norms. His competency extends to other international donors, including Danida, [Dfid→DFID], the EU, UN agencies, World Bank, Gates Foundation, and several others, highlighting his ability to navigate complex compliance requirements for multi-donor projects.

Throughout a career spanning over [two decade→two decades], Richard has honed his skills in managing USAID budgets across various international and local organizations. His experience includes overseeing substantial annual budgets of up to USD 50 million, ensuring adherence to the stringent stipulations imposed by international, bilateral, and private-sector donors. He is adept at delivering clean audits and possesses significant supervisory experience with financial software platforms such as NAVISION and SERENIC ERP. Additionally, Richard excels in translating complex financial data into comprehensible information for program-oriented stakeholders, demonstrating meticulousness in policy adherence and timely reporting.
