Madeline is a strategy and impact leader with over 20 years of experience driving organizational growth across NGOs and international development. She specializes in strategy development, resource mobilization, donor relations, advocacy, and impact measurement. As Strategy and Impact Director at Fairtrade Africa, she has led high-impact organizational strategies, strengthened partnerships with global donors, and advanced policy and research initiatives, delivering sustainable results across multiple countries.
Albert Obbuyi is a social and community development expert with over 25 years of experience designing and leading evidence-based programs across local, regional, and international contexts. A recognized leader in adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health (AYSRH), he previously served as Executive Director of the Centre for the Study of Adolescence (CSA) in Kenya. His expertise spans program design and management, research, fundraising, organizational development, and policy advocacy, with a strong track record of securing and managing partnerships with major international donors, including USAID, FCDO, CIFF, Rutgers, IPPF, SIDA, and Save the Children.
Richard Orenyo is an Organizational Leadership and Operations Management expert with over 20 years of experience in finance, grants management, procurement, logistics, human resources, and administration. He has managed donor-funded portfolios of up to USD 50 million, ensuring compliance with USAID, EU, Danida, FCDO, UN agencies, the World Bank, Gates Foundation, and other international donor requirements. Richard is skilled in strategic planning, program evaluation, ERP systems, and translating complex financial data into actionable insights while delivering strong governance, compliance, and audit outcomes.
Ruth Wambua is a development and program management specialist with extensive experience designing and leading initiatives that improve the socio-economic well-being of underserved communities. She has successfully managed programs in human rights, disability inclusion, child protection, health systems strengthening, and gender-based violence, working with local and international NGOs. Ruth brings expertise in strategic partnerships, capacity building, proposal development, budget management, and policy advocacy, with a strong commitment to driving sustainable, community-centered impact.
A key hallmark of TACI’s approach is fostering deep community ownership. Beyond individual grant lifecycles, our trained project facilitators and community volunteers remain active pillars of health knowledge and guidance in their respective communities.
Furthermore, our ongoing collaborations with local health centres and schools continue to strengthen trust, improve service delivery, and make vital health and youth development resources accessible to all.
